Boy Scouts of America policy generally requires that there be at least two adults present whenever Troop members
assemble for any activity, including meetings. In addition, an official Tour Permit is obtained every time one of our Troop
activities involves transportation, in part because BSA’s insurance coverage affords additional protection for each driver
and vehicle listed on the permit. For this purpose, adults who volunteer to provide transportation will be asked to supply
vehicle and driver’s license information to the Scoutmaster or Troop Secretary.
