LEADERS AND PARENTS
A Boy Scout Troop is expected to be run by the Scouts, with guidance and supervision of adult leaders. From time to
time, parents will be asked to provide information/instruction, based upon their particular areas of expertise or interest, to
aid our Scouts in fulfilling rank advancement requirements. Several are registered as Merit Badge Counselors, available to
just our Troop or to Scouts throughout the Milwaukee County Council. In addition, parents are needed to provide
transportation and other assistance for outings and special events. Parental assistance and leadership is not restricted to
fathers; mothers are encouraged to participate, too.
